Delight is built around a simple idea: the AI model should adapt to the task, not the other way around. Instead of committing to one provider and living with its blind spots, Delight puts more than 25 models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, and SambaNova behind a single side panel — so you can switch between them mid-conversation depending on what you're actually trying to do, without losing your place on the page you're reading.
It's built to disappear into your browsing rather than become another destination. Summarize a long article at the length you actually want, rewrite an awkward paragraph, translate a page, or just ask a question — all from a right-click or a keyboard shortcut, with responses streaming in real time and conversations loading in about 100 milliseconds. Your chat history persists across sessions, fully organizable, so a conversation from Tuesday is still there when you need to reference it on Friday.
Privacy is treated as a feature, not an afterthought: everything is stored locally and encrypted on your machine, with nothing routed through third-party servers beyond the model provider you've chosen to use. Delight doesn't ask you to trust a new company with your data — it asks you to trust the providers you'd probably be using anyway, just without the tab-switching tax.
