It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Naviware Research & Development LTD is the data controller for personal information collected directly through the Naviware website (contact form submissions and waitlist signups). For data processed through developer packages we publish (such as Tidings), the developer or organization deploying that package is the data controller — see our Privacy Policy for more detail on this distinction.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal information on the following bases:

• Consent — when you voluntarily submit a contact form or join a waitlist
• Legitimate interest — to respond to inquiries and notify you of product launches you've requested updates on
• Legal obligation — where required by applicable law

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (such as unsubscribing from a waitlist)

5. Data Protection Commission Registration

Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) requires organizations that process personal data to register as a Data Controller with Ghana's Data Protection Commission, subject to certain exemptions. 6. Security Measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information we hold, including encrypted local storage within our products where applicable and access controls on the systems that store website submissions.

7. Data Processed by Our Products

Because different Naviware products handle data differently — some entirely on your own device, some by sending your input to a third-party AI provider you choose, and some as a component within someone else's application — the specific data protection considerations for each product are detailed in our Privacy Policy under "Information Handling By Product Category."
